Olympia Gouvis, was born
in Merrick, New York on April 29, 1966, and admitted to the Connecticut State Bar in
1992 and the New York State Bar in 1993. She is a graduate of the State University
of New York at Stony Brook (B.A., 1988), the College of William and Mary,
Marshall-Wythe School of Law (J.D., 1991), and New York University School of Law
(LL.M. in Taxation, 1992). She is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar
Association and New York State Bar Association (Tax Law Section; Trust and Estates
Law Section; and Elder Law Section).
Ms. Gouvis' practice includes business and tax counseling, drafting and negotiation
of business and corporate agreements and leases, preparation and review of business
licensing agreements, corporate formation and acquisition agreements, employment
contracts, health law and estate planning. She also handles general litigation
and estate proceedings. Ms. Gouvis is fluent in Greek.
