Patricia M.
Meisenheimer, an associate of the firm, was born in New York, New York on May 31,
1944 and became a member of the New York State Bar in 1984. Ms. Meisenheimer is
admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Courts for the
Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and U.S. Court of Military Appeals. She
is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook (B.A. Summa Cum
Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, 1979) and Hofstra University School of Law (J.D. 1984). Ms.
Meisenheimer served as a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and the National
Institute of Trial Advocacy.
Ms. Meisenheimer is an officer of the Suffolk Academy of Law and as an active
member of the Suffolk County Bar Association, co-chairs the Health and Hospital
Law Committee. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Professional Ethics
Committee, Insurance, Negligence and Compensation Committee, Supreme Court
Committee and Women in the Law Committee. She is a member of the American Bar
Association (Member, Litigation Committee and Health Law Forum) and the New York
State Bar Association (Member, Torts, Health Law, Insurance and Compensation Law;
Trial Lawyer's Committee); Nassau County Bar Association; Suffolk Women's Bar
Association and Federal Circuit Bar Association (Member, Amicus Committee).
Ms. Meisenheimer's practice includes personal injury, products liability, health
law and general litigation. Ms. Meisenheimer is on the Board of Directors of
the Three Village Community Youth Services and serves as a Trustee to the Three
Village Historical Society.
